Recently, we had the privilege of presenting at the Gloucester County Legal Education Association alongside Janus Henderson Investments, exploring the complexities of wealth transfer and legacy planning. Our seminar focused on navigating both financial and non-financial aspects, drawing insights from renowned estate battles to help clients craft successful wealth transfer strategies.
Topics covered included document organization, estate tax management, selecting the right representatives, and educating heirs, offering invaluable guidance for families at any stage of wealth.

The event featured more than 100 educational sessions covering important topics like retirement planning, cybersecurity, tax-law changes, and investment and economic conditions.
We also spoke with specialists from leading investment companies to gather fresh strategies that will benefit our clients and their families.

Our team had the pleasure of attending the Commonwealth Financial Network National Conference in San Diego! We attended all-day sessions featuring in-depth discussions on retirement planning, cybersecurity, tax-law changes, the current economic landscape, and investment strategies for our clients. We spent time with dozens of the nation's most prestigious investment companies along with more than 1,000 financial advisors and colleagues to share best practices. We also heard from keynote speakers Mia Hamm, Laila Ali, JJ Johnson, and Earvin "Magic" Johnson! The ideas that were shared will help us all better serve our clients!!

On September 22, 2022, Fitzgerald Financial Group, along with the retirement team at Janus Henderson Investors, held an educational presentation for attorneys and accountants in the Gloucester County, New Jersey area.
The presentation took a close look at recent fiduciary court cases and covered other topics such as class action lawsuits against financial providers and cases involving cybersecurity breaches. The goal of the seminar was to help local CPAs and attorneys stay updated with the most relevant information and provide them with all-around holistic professional development.
